I currently have 4 rooms available in my home in Avon and I’m looking for the right group of roommates to create a peaceful, comfortable household.
Here’s the current breakdown:
🏠 Attic Room — $800/month
Private fourth-floor attic room with slanted ceilings. Great option if you want more separation and privacy.
🏠 Middle Room — $1,000/month
Comfortable private room located on the main bedroom level.
🏠 Larger Room — $1,100/month
Larger private room with more space.
🏠 Ralph’s Former Room — $1,100/month
Private room becoming available now.
ALL utilities are included in the rent, including WiFi.
The house has 4 roommate rooms and 2 bathrooms, and I am looking for one person per room. My goal is to have four respectful adults who can live together comfortably. I currently live in the home as well, but I am eventually moving out once everything is settled with the roommates.
I’m looking for people who are clean, peaceful, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and able to communicate like adults. This is definitely not a party house. 😂 I want everybody to be able to come home, relax, cook, shower, watch TV and live their lives without unnecessary drama.
I am also currently dog sitting, so there is a dog in the home temporarily.
First and last month’s rent are required.
