Beschrijving

Looking for a comfortable place to call home? I have a furnished room available in my lovingly restored 1909 house. The house is cute, colorful, and full of character, with a warm and welcoming feel. About the room: king platform bed with under bed storage, walk in closet, dresser, side table. Ready to move in. About the home: quiet yard with lots of trees and several garden, offstreet parking, convenient location close to bus lines, I-5, and 512, complete Ring security system with multiple outdoor cameras, modernized and freshly renovated with new appliances. Rent & terms: $765/month, month to month. Utilities split evenly between myself and the renter. $300 refundable security deposit. Rental application required. No pets, sorry. No smoking or vaping indoors. If you are looking to establish or build rental history, this can be a great opportunity. The room rental is licensed with the city of Tacoma and Im happy to provide a letter of recommendation for future housing applications for tenants who complete their tenancy in good standing. The house is a relaxed, comfortable place with plenty of outdoor space and a lot of character. I am looking for a responsible roommate who is comfortable sharing a home with one other person and two cats. If you are interested, shoot me a message. Tell me a little about yourself and let me know if you have questions!
