I work full-time from home and attend CSUSB, so I value a clean, respectful, and relaxed living environment. I have two small dogs and a cat, so you must be comfortable around pets. I’m looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate who appreciates their privacy and a home without frequent visitors or lots of traffic coming and going. Prefer an initial 3–6 month stay, with the option to continue month-to-month afterward. Room is fully furnished with bed. Dessert, desk and tv.
