I’m a single male HR professional looking for a private room with a private bathroom in a quiet, clean, and comfortable home. I’m currently completing my master’s degree online and live a pretty structured lifestyle. I’m usually up around 4 AM, out the door by 5 AM, and work approximately 7 AM–6 PM, Monday through Friday. I’m quiet, respectful, clean, and focused on work, school, fitness, and church. I don’t drink alcohol and I’m not into partying, so I’m looking for a peaceful home environment with similar expectations. I have a 13-year-old daughter who does not live with me but will visit, so it’s important that I find a safe and welcoming home where she can feel comfortable when she spends time with me. I’m currently saving toward purchasing a home, so ideally I’d like to find somewhere I can stay for up to a year. I’m looking for a good, respectful living arrangement where everyone communicates well and respects each other’s privacy and space. Thank you!
