Hello, I’m Spex. I am 40, a professional tattoo artist and bartender at a non-alcoholic bar. I am looking for a room. I am available to move from 10/10/26 and have a budget of $800/month. I would prefer to share with females or anyone who is LGBTQ+. I am looking for a temporary room, approximately 3-6 months, until I move to California. I am going through a recent breakup and just need somewhere to live before I move. I do have a 14yr old quiet and well-trained Yorkie mix. I won’t have a lot of my belongings with me because I will be renting a storage for everything besides my clothes. Me and my fur baby are both very low-maintenance and easy to get along with.
