The host is a single male in his mid-forties who lives on- and has shared his home with tenants for years. Guests get full access to the kitchen — cookware, dishes, and appliances included — plus the living room and other common areas.
Ideal for travel nurses and healthcare professionals on assignment at Stamford Hospital, about a -minute drive away. The Metro-North station to New York City is also close by.
What’s included: furnished bedroom, private bath, full kitchen access, Wi-Fi, utilities, laundry on premises, and linens — sheets and towels provided. Off-street parking is available, plus additional parking in the rear of the house next door, which is also owned by the host. No smoking. Pets considered on request.
Monthly rate: $2,000 One-month minimum. Refundable deposit: $1,000. Cleaning fee: $200.
