Beschrijving
1 bed with private bathroom and lots of storage. In-unit laundry and tons of parking. Our lease starts Oct. 16, but more than likely someone would move in Nov. 1st. Minimum $500 deposit, this is a new house so it will probably include a chunk of the normal deposit which would be $875. Currently it’s me (Emmett) and Gwen and Syd who are a couple sharing the downstairs room. We’ll have 2 cats as well so preferably no more animals; looking more for singles who help keep the house clean and are chill, those are our biggest criteria lol. Message me with any questions!
