Hi! I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate to share a one-bedroom apartment in Hawthorne. You’ll be taking over my previous roommate’s space. Rent: $1,200/month
Available: November 1, 2026
Move-in: First month’s rent + security deposit ($1000)

Utilities are included with rent; you will only need to pay half for wifi ✨ You will have exclusive use of:
• Private bedroom (unfurnished)
• Assigned parking space 🏠 Shared spaces include:
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
• dining area
• Other common areas of the apartment. I currently occupy the living-room area, so the bedroom will be completely yours, while the kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas will be shared. I’m looking for someone, preferably a female student also, who is responsible with rent, clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, I’d like someone looking for a peaceful and comfortable home environment rather than a party household. A LITTLE ABOUT ME 🙂 I’m 25, a full-time nursing student, and I also work full-time as a CNA. Between work and school, I stay pretty busy and mostly like having a peaceful home to come back to. I’m clean, responsible, respectful of other people’s space, and pretty easygoing. I enjoy going out and spending time with friends, but I also value privacy and quiet time at home. I occasionally have friends/family over, so I’m completely fine with you having guests as well as long as we’re both considerate and communicate with each other. Location: The apartment is conveniently located in Hawthorne with access to nearby stores, restaurants, public transportation, and other essentials.
