Nashville. 20 minutes from downtown and about 5 minutes from the airport. Right by Percy Priest lake and Elmhill Marina, Food Lion and a Crunch Fitness gym. Youll pay 1/3 of the gas and electric bill per month. Landlord pays all other utilities including 1G WiFi. Fully furnished living room with TV and kitchen and sunroom with tables and chairs. Quiet and safe HOA neighborhood has a lathe pool and pool house and tennispickleball court you can use, too. Sharing with two guys in their 30s - one a freight dispatcher and the other a marketer.
