I’m 33, a Navy veteran, and work in videography, with some work taking place from home. I’m friendly and communicative, but I keep the home relatively quiet and do not frequently host guests. I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful, and comfortable communicating directly about household matters. The property owner will require a standard introduction and verification before move-in. I can provide additional photos, the general location, and a video tour. Please message me with your desired move-in date, work situation, and whether you have any pets.
