Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in Simpsonville off of West Georgia rd. I’m about 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, 8 minutes from downtown Simpsonville, and 5 minutes from I-385. Rent is $800/month plus utilities. About the room:
- Furnished bedroom
- Closet space
- Private bathroom
- Furnished common areas
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Parking lot for both you and guests There is also an unfurnished room that is slightly larger if you would rather have that. I only plan on having one roommate, so whichever room is unused will be the guest/work room. I also have a sweet dog who stays downstairs only. He is well-behaved, and I clean weekly to keep his shedding to a minimum.
