Room for Rent with Private Bath

Beschrijving

Room and private bath for rent in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment is set up with the kitchen/living room dividing the bed/baths so the beds/baths are nicely segregated for roommates to have a sense of privacy in your personal space. The room is furnished, and I have in-unit laundry. I have a stocked kitchen and am happy to share, but youre also welcome to bring your own stuff as there is plenty of cabinet space. There's also an outdoor pool, and parking is uncovered. Its $950/month all inclusive. Month-to-month lease with a $950 security desposit. Pets considered on a case by case basis (no non-hypoallergenic dogs), and a slight rent increase for pets. Move-in date is flexible.
