Master BR with Private Bath

Beschrijving

Hi, my name is Philip. I am a 29-year old professional. I needed to move out of the state for work and am looking for someone to take over my master bedroom with Private Bath. The house has 5 total bedrooms but I'm only planning to have 3 total tenants live there. All utilities are split evenly amongst the tenants. Both guys are really great 30 year olds who keep to themselves and enjoy sports and video games. The room is in North Phoenix (Country Gables) off of the I-17. It is in a nice and quiet area and features a pool. The monthly rent is $825 (plus shared utilities) and the room is available immediately!
