* Guest visitations A couple of rooms may be available. Rent & Move-In Costs Rent: $600–$750 per month, depending on the room. Standard utilities are included in the stated rent. Move-in amounts: One-month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one-months rent. Showing & Application Process To provide a consistent and efficient process for everyone, applicants complete the same qualification process before a private showing is scheduled.
