Hi, my name is Georgia. I am a 42-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Hickory. The monthly rent is $600 and the room is available on September 19. Private room available in a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in Hickory. The room currently has a twin bed, but I’m happy to furnish it more fully or remove the furniture depending on your preference. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, Wi-Fi, off-street parking, and patio. You’re also welcome to use my kitchenware and cooking utensils. I work from home and am pretty laid-back. I enjoy cooking, gaming, watching TV, and spending time with my two cats, Watson and Bristol. I’m looking for a respectful, LGBTQ-friendly roommate who is comfortable with cats, doesn’t smoke, and wants a home that feels relaxed and comfortable rather than strictly transactional.
