Barter / Work Exchange for room

Hi, I'm Sabrina (19F). I'm looking for a room and shared accommodations in exchange for help around the house, rather than traditional rent. I would prefer a female roommate (s). I want to be upfront: I have ADHD and level 1 autism. That means I can struggle without structure and a supportive environment. I do try really hard and I do much better with a flexible routine. I have a hard time getting and keeping a traditional job because of this, and I'm in a tough spot right now for home life. currently trying to get financial support from the government and am willing to negotiate for additional rent. Especially if I am able to make additional income through something less traditional and part time. What I can offer in exchange for a room:
- Cooking daily meals
- Cleaning, organizing, laundry, dishes
- Pet care / dog walking / litter boxes, etc.
- Childcare / babysitting / after-school
help
- Errands, grocery shopping, and general house help
- Elder Companion I'm respectful, I don't drink, smoke, or party, I love animals and kids, and I'm very loyal and hardworking once I have a clear system. I have no children. LGBTQ+ friendly. I'm a published author and l have done college, two different programs, so I'm responsible but I just do better in a supportive home environment than in a traditional 9-5. If you have a spare room and could use an extra set of hands, I'd love to talk.
