Hardwood floors throughout, in-unit washer/dryer, gas stove, good closets. Two people total. The room: unfurnished. My current roommate is moving out at the end of the month. Me: mid-20s, work full time 9-5. Home most weeknights and quiet, out a fair amount on weekends. I clean up after myself and I'd like someone who does the same.
