All you will need is bedding and your personal belongings. $260 per week, plus 1/2 of bills (electricity, gas, water and wifi) There's currently no end date on this opportunity, you will be free to rent it for as long as you wish. The space will be shared only with myself and my very friendly cat, but I largely keep to myself
