Searching for a solo roommate.

Hello! I'm looking for a single roommate to move into my spare bedroom upstairs with your own bathroom in a 3 bedroom house starting October 1st or as soon as you want or need in September (shared living space). The house is located in Lakewood next to Belmar, only 15 minutes from the foothills and downtown as well. A little about me. I’ve lived in state for 13 years, coming from San Antonio Texas. I work at the Coors Brewery, working rotating days, 4 on 4 off. I do short term rental in my basement about 1/2-3/4 of the year. We have a shared backdoor entrance with a locking kitchen door that separates the STR from the private space upstairs. (The laundry is shared downstairs). The parking situation is primarily street but driveway access is available when no guests are in the STR. No extra work vehicles please. I’m 50/50 active and a homebody on my days off, usually just enjoying the life of a homeowner in the evenings after work. Love to go to the gym, if it’s an outdoor sport or hobby I am probably out doing it in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. The house is 420 friendly, primarily outside. I get quite a bit of free to discounted beer from work, so the fridge is always stocked. This is a month to month lease I am looking for to start, and if the vibe is right we can talk about changing it to a long term lease. I am asking $1200 a month for your own room and bathroom with plenty of storage space including a shed, and you get an awesome roommate in me. I really only ask that you help shovel snow in the winter and help with mowing the lawn when needed, as well with the keep up of interior cleanup of our living space.
