Hi! I’m a reliable, responsible, and respectful working professional looking for a room to rent. I work most of the time, so I’m usually busy and keep a quiet and peaceful lifestyle. I’m clean, considerate, and I respect other people’s space and privacy. I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can feel at home and have a good relationship with the homeowner or roommates. My partner has a travel-based job and is out of town most of the time. He would stay with me for approximately one week each month when he is in town to rest between work trips. I’m happy to pay an additional amount for his stays, as agreed with the homeowner. I’m dependable, easygoing, and responsible with rent and household rules. I’m looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place and would be happy to provide more information about myself.
