Looking for ADU in OC, California

Hi! I'm Josh, and my sister and I are looking for a place to live in Orange County, California. We'd prefer to live in an ADU for just us two. We are clean and stick to a pretty consistent schedule as of now. Looking to live in an ADU alongside a nice family/owner. I like to have friends over, and I keep it casual (no raves/large parties). Usually no more than 3 times a week. Getting outdoors to go hiking, camping, etc is how I like to unwind and spend free time, as well as watching movies or reading. Affordability, safety, and respect are important to us. We keep our spaces clean and make sure to work well with owners/landlords. Lmk if you have any questions!
