Hi, my name is Krystal. I am a 22-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Chesapeake. The monthly rent is $700. Monthly rent includes Utilities, rent, and internet. Currently just moved into the house myself with my 26 year old Male cousin and potentially a 25 year old female. We are working with the landlord to fix a few problems with the house. If interested and we believe you will be a good fit, Application fee for the house is 36$ in cashier's check. Sadly No pets are allowed at the house. We are located off the side of the highway. Currently there is no laundry in the house however we do live across the street from a laundromat. School students like to stand under the porch of the house while waiting for the school bus in the mornings. Roomate has to be okay with NO SEAFOOD in the house. The room is about 9 foot by 10 foot. The room has it's own seperate entrance if you wish to use it.
