Furniture shown in the bedroom photo will be removed. There is coin laundry in the basement, free and open parking in a lot, plenty of closet space, double sink bathroom, locked storage in basement, good insulation to keep heating and cooling bills down. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. I am into west coast swing dancing, art, and exploring the area as I still feel new here.
