• Minimum lease: 6 months (1-year lease preferred).
• $650 refundable security deposit.
• Rent paid after the 5th of the month will incur a $100 late fee for each week it remains unpaid.
• Background check fee 41.95.
• Move-in requires first and last month’s rent + security deposit + passing a background check.

• Location: Conveniently located off Southern Blvd, just minutes from; Palm Beach State College, Lion Country Safari, shopping, restaurants, and major roadways.
• Parking: Private driveway parking available.
• Utilities: All utilities included! High-speed internet, electricity, gas, and water are covered. (Food is not included.)
• Amenities: Resort style swimming pool, fitness center, a beautiful Lake House, and walking paths and scenic surroundings. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer (scheduled laundry times) for your convenience. House Rules:

• No Heavy Drinking or disruptive behavior.

• Guests are welcome, but overnight guests may stay no more than two consecutive nights per week.
