I have Rooms for rent for $600 a month in a Mesquite, Dallas, in a neighborhood called Skyline. -Deposit amount of $100 to be returned to you when you move out.

-There is a friendly but large and enthusiastic dog at the home, as well as a cat.
-Guests welcome, as long as they aren't too loud and pick up after themselves.
