Health tech professional, hybrid work. I like to get out for breaks and stay active walking around the city or going to salsa events. I’m considerate and quiet at home. Happy to hang with roomies and have friends over occasionally but don’t host parties. I’m okay with pets and don’t smoke. Looking for a place close to transit in Astoria or LIC. Shorter-term 3-6 months or month-to-month. Shared outdoor space or private bathroom would be a bonus.
