• Private room (Room 6) at 144 Ward Ave, Hamilton
• Only a 10–15 minute walk to McMaster University
• Rent is $600/month
• All utilities included (hydro, heat, water, gas, A/C)
• On- laundry (no extra charge)
• Bathroom available
• Quiet area with easy bus access
I already paid the first and last month’s rent, so you just take over from September.
Looking for a female roommate only — preferably someone clean, quiet, and responsible.
