Female Roommate Near Arcadia

Hi! I’m Isabella, 25, and I’m currently in the MPH/PA dual-degree program at Arcadia University. I’m looking for a female roommate and hoping to move closer to campus around late September. I’m open to either finding a 2-bedroom apartment together or joining someone who already has a room available. Ideally, I’m looking around Glenside, Elkins Park, Jenkintown, Abington, or nearby areas within a short drive of Arcadia.

I’m hoping to move around late September and am looking for a female roommate who would be interested in getting a 2-bedroom apartment with me at Brookview Apartments in Elkins Park. I have NOT signed the lease yet, so the room is not currently rented. I’m posting this to find someone who would like to tour the apartment with me and apply together if we both like it. The 2-bedroom is around $1,875/month total, which would be about $940 each before utilities. The apartments have an in-unit washer and dryer, AC, parking, private balcony/patio, dishwasher, pool, and fitness center. It’s also a short drive from Arcadia. I’m very clean, organized, respectful, and friendly. I’ll be busy with graduate school, but I’d love to have a roommate I can actually be comfortable and friendly with rather than just living like strangers.
