I'm 46, I run my own creative studio from home (design, web, social content), and I've been in this house for years. It's a real house, not a flip. Wood floors, mid century furniture, too many plants, and a backyard with a lemon tree and bougainvillea that gets out of hand every summer. What you get:

Eat at the dining table. Watch something dumb on the couch. Take a coffee into the backyard. I host themed dinner parties sometimes, I like to binge watch series, and there's a full tiki bar in the garage that exists slightly outside of time and space. You're always invited… and you're always allowed to say "not tonight." Dogs: Winston is a 2 year old scruffy pit/poodle mix who lives here full time and will greet you like a returning celebrity. Hazel is a shy, sweet cattle dog who's here about half the week. If you're not a dog person this won't be your place, and that's okay.
