I’m looking for a private room/share house near TAFE Queensland South Bank from January 2027. 📍 Preferred areas: South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Annerley, Dutton Park, Greenslopes or nearby
💰 Budget: around $180–220/week
🛏️ Prefer a furnished room, ideally bills included
📅 Moving in: January 2027
🚆 Ideally within around 30 minutes to TAFE by public transport I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going.
