PRIVATE carpeted bedroom on second story with a shared bathroom with a female roommate, and large dog. There is a balcony, washer, dryer, visitor parking, free wifi, outside storage, inside storage, dishwasher, a community pool and jacuzzi, walking trails, fitness rooms, bbq grills, and two dog parks with valet trash.
IMPORTANT: I have a 5 year-old LARGE DOG named Archie that stays home during the day. He is well trained, but can whine at times if he's anxious, but doesn't bark or show any aggression. He is a sweet boy and you can meet him before deciding if this is the right place for you! No other pets will be allowed due to my lease policy.
I'm preferably looking for a Christian (or okay with my religion) woman who is of the age 20-30. NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. I am quite busy during the day, I work full-time and come home for lunch breaks to take my dog outside. I occasionally have my boyfriend or guest over less than once a week. I am clean and tidy, and would like the apartment to be well-kept in shared areas.
I will be using the space near the kitchen and putting up a curtain so my bed space can be private, but there will still be walking space so you can access the kitchen at any time.
I will also be moving ALL of my stuff out of the private carpeted bedroom including the closet.
All utilities (wifi, water, electric, trash) are included with the rental price. You will need to sign a contract, but no credit check will be required.
I will require the first two months of rent and a $200
