Hi, my name is Terrance. I’m interested in the room you have available in Portsmouth. I’m currently employed and have steady income, and I’m ready to move in as soon as possible. I can provide proof of income and any other information you need. I’m a former electrician and I’m also experienced with general labor and hands-on work, so I’m always willing to help out with repairs, moving, maintenance, or whatever work may be needed. I’m going through a really difficult situation right now. I lost my previous job, my housing, and a lot of the support I had, but I’ve gotten another job and I’m working to get myself back on my feet. Right now I don’t have the move-in money available, but I get paid Monday and I’m willing to pay. I’m just asking if you’d be willing to work with me and give me a little time. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and I’ll take care of the place. I really just need a roof over my head and an opportunity to get stable again.
