Hi! I’m looking for a clean and comfortable private room in Montréal, ideally available for September 1 or sooner. My budget is around $650–$900/month, preferably with utilities and Wi-Fi included. I’m looking for a respectful, clean and peaceful household with good access to public transit. I’m responsible, tidy and looking for a stable place rather than a short-term party environment.
