Only 3 people would be living on the premises at one time. Washer and dryer are available and features a front and back yard. Utilities are covered in the rent. Lease agreement is month to month with a security deposit equal to rent. Looking for likeminded roommates to fill the rooms who are clean, respectful and willing to partake in the household community including chores of common areas and engaging with other members of the household.
