Hi everyone! I have a 2-bedroom apartment in Irvine and I’m looking for one roommate to occupy the second bedroom. I’m a woman in my early 30s and work full-time as an architectural designer. I enjoy traveling, working out, coffee, design, and exploring new places, but at home I really enjoy having a comfortable and peaceful space. Rent for the available room is around $1,850/month, plus approximately $100–$120/month in utilities.
