Hi! I’m a 25-year-old Brazilian student moving to Miami Beach in November 2026. I’m looking for a private room in a safe, clean, and friendly home, preferably near Lincoln Road/South Beach. I’ll be studying English in the mornings and plan to stay until May 2027. I’m clean, organized, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I value a peaceful home environment and respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. I’m looking for a furnished room, ideally with utilities included, within a budget of around $1,000/month. I’d be happy to share more about myself and have a video call before moving in. 😊
