Female Roommate wanted: Month to month, short term or long term. Must be employed Full-Time outside the home or be a Full-Time College Student and work part-time. Ideal candidate should possess good moral values, be kind, respectful, responsible and desires a clean home. Must pay rent on time and help with household duties. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and can be discussed.
This is a quiet environment: no drinking, drugs, smoking of any kind (no vaping). 10 x 10 bedroom with queen size bed, share bathroom with one other person.
Internet, Wifi Streaming includes: Disney, HBO, Netflix
A New Maytag Full Size refrigerator for your personal use during your stay. Nice patio with charcoal Bar-b-que if you like to bar-b-que.
New Front load washer and dryer is located in the home. Street parking, No pets
Roommate #1: Full-Time Employment outside the home schedule hours include: Tues-Fri 7:30am to 6:00pm (rise 6:00am to 10:00pm)
Roommate #2: Full-time College Student (Part-time employment outside the home)
