* Access to the kitchen and common areas I’m looking for a responsible, clean, respectful, and tidy roommate who takes good care of the home and respects the shared space. Prefer someone who is working, responsible with rent, and looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony only. No pets.
