Room Available in Shared House September 1st, $950/month, in South Boulder just off South Boulder Road and Manhattan! We are looking for an individual (no couples). The room shares a bathroom and washer/dryer with one other person. The kitchen and living room is share with two other people (including you, 3 total). The home has a large fenced in backyard. It is within walking distance to open space, bus service and has plenty of parking. If you want to be apart of living in a quiet friendly neighborhood, this place is for you. You will share a bathroom and laundry with Carl (College Age Male) and share the kitchen with Ash (30s Female). Teresa the owner of the house lives on the 2nd floor of the house and does not share any space with you. • Rent is $950.00 a month, utilities included. Lease runs through end of July. • A credit/background check is required and if approved then first, last and security deposit. • No cigarettes/vape smoking. • Moderate 4/20 friendly, but only outside even in winter. • Must have the ability to communicate concerns and issues so things can get resolved. • We are individuals who wake up early and enjoy relatively quiet evenings most of the time. • Respects communal space which includes cleaning on a weekly bases and being respectful and cleaning up shortly after cooking.
