I have a boyfriend who visits me here and there and when he does, we mostly stay in my room watching tv or so. He is in NYPD so he works a lot. Some Basic household rules: Everyone cleans up after themself, respectful, no smoking in the apartment allowed by the management, building quiet hours start from 10pm. Basically living solo in a luxury 2-bed for a fraction of typical NYC rent — now with the added security of being on the lease.
