My name is Charlie and I’m looking for a roommate to share my brand-new, spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at 1060 Bolivar Rd in Downtown Cleveland. 💰 Rent: ~$1,080/month — utilities not included 🛏️ Private bedroom + private bathroom 🌅 5th floor, natural light, balcony & great views 📍 Downtown, but quiet and peaceful The building has a pool, gym, BBQ area, outdoor lounge with fire pit, party room, and parking garage. Parking is free for the first 3 months, then $180/month. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a large sofa with plenty of space for us to decorate together.
