Private room available in a quiet Senior Park home shared with a kind and welcoming 82-year-old woman. The room includes its own bathroom, which is rarely used by outside guests, as well as internet, electricity, and water. The tenant will also have use of the kitchen and common living areas. Cable is not included. We are looking for a kind, friendly, respectful, and independent person who enjoys a peaceful home environment and understands the importance of personal space and mutual consideration. The ideal tenant is comfortable communicating openly and effectively with the current resident, is not overly needy, and is willing to be a considerate and cooperative housemate. One of the perks? Your housemate is a great cook! She enjoys cooking and is happy to share the occasional good meal with someone who appreciates good food and good company. We’re looking for someone who will bring that same spirit of kindness, respect, and friendliness into the home. This would be a great fit for someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful place to live with a little companionship, good conversation, and—if you're lucky—a pretty great dinner now and then!
