Hi Payton!! My name is Natalia Lugassy, and I am an incoming 3rd year at Cal Poly! My roommate is currently looking for someone to sublease her space in our shared double. Our rent is fairly cheap ($850 + utilities) but I know that she is willing to negotiate for cheaper. We have a driveway with space for a car, washer and dryer included, a HUGE backyard, and super great people. It is currently only me and one other subleaser but we are super easygoing.
