Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to take the master bedroom in my 1,500 sqft corner-unit townhouse in Mt. Baker. Move-in ready, available September 15. Your space (~500 sqft, top floor to yourself): private master bath, huge walk-in closet, south-facing patio, and 11-ft ceilings. Lightly furnished, with a clean like-new mattress at move-in if you want it. We'd share the living room, kitchen, and other common areas. The house: modern build, quiet and off-street, fully equipped kitchen with best-in-line appliances, heat/AC, coffee machine, gym mirrors on the wall for dance or home workouts, a complete karaoke set, and free street parking. Sits right between I-5 and I-90 — 15 min to downtown, 10 to Cap Hill, 15 to Bellevue. The east side of the neighborhood is quiet and stretches out toward the waterfront. About me: software engineer in Seattle, into coding, tech talks, content creation, writing, and fitness. I dabble in dance and snowboarding, and hit local bars and meetups to meet new people. Morning person, generally care-free and chill, and I'll gather friends over on a Friday now and then. You'll usually find me at Seattle Bouldering Project or out for a morning jog — happy to partner up if you're into fitness. There are also two cats in the house: quiet and very cuddly. As for you: responsible, clean, and easy-going. Great fit if you like cooking, hosting, or having a quiet corner for creative projects.
