Hi! I am renting out a large private bedroom with an attached half bathroom in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment from September 1 to September 30. Anyone wishing to stay after September would need to renew the lease with the apartment management. The apartment includes: Spacious furnished living room Full kitchen and dishwasher In-unit washer and dryer Free parking in the apartment complex About a 5-minute walk to Lynnwood City Center light rail Bus stop directly in front of the apartment 5–7 minutes’ walk to Fred Meyer, McDonald’s, Taco Time, and other nearby stores Rent: $1,100, including utilities. The actual monthly rent is higher, but I am offering it at a reduced price because I am moving to Canada. The room will mainly be unfurnished, but I am planning to leave the bed, bedding set, and standing clothes rack for your convenience. Other furniture may also be available, so please let me know if you are interested. The other apartment mate is a quiet, kind, and very respectful UW PhD student who keeps to himself and is easy to live with. Please message me if you are interested or would like more information.
