Hi! My name is Carmen, I’m 31 years old and currently live in the Northeast Philadelphia area. I work full-time in the beauty industry and am looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place with a roommate while I save toward eventually having a home of my own. I’m friendly, kind, respectful, and very neat and clean. I value having a peaceful and organized home and am always willing to contribute to chores, cleaning, and taking care of shared spaces. I’m responsible, communicative, and take my commitments seriously. I’m also a creative! I studied Fine Arts and have my own small press-on nail business on the side.
