First Month Free- room available at Apella on Newport! I am urgently looking for someone to take over my lease at Apella on Newport for the upcoming school year. It is a 3 bed/3 bath apartment, and you have your own bathroom attached to the bedroom. It is a very nice and new building. The other two roommates are girls, so it is preferable to find a girl to take over my lease. The building is about a 5-10 minute walk from UT. Available for move-in starting September, and lease ends July 31 2027. Rent is $1875/mo everything included! Please message me if you’re interested!!
