Looking for Roommate

My roommate(30F) and I(37M) are looking for a roommate to take the primary bedroom in our lovely 2600sqft home. We had rented this house with a couple but they didn’t work out so we are now looking to fill the primary bedroom. The space is larger than a studio apt and has a very large bathroom and closet. We also have a loft area that we use as a shared space upstairs as well. My roommate and I are both clean people, we cook at home a lot and we have 2 pets(cat and dog). We are both dancers and we will use the open downstairs space for practice from time to time. The home is fully furnished EXCEPT for the primary room we are renting out.
