Downstairs room, fully furnished with its own bath & shower. House is very clean and quiet. Very roomy and large backyard to relax. We have a nice community pool and lounge area. My husband and I work FT and we have a 2’nd house in Las Vegas to normally goes in the weekend. We have 2 roommates that lives upstairs. We have a loft for the roommates to use. Fully furnished also. We are looking for someone works FT outside the house. Clean and responsible. No drugs, no party. Single occupancy ONLY! No pets. Month to month lease.
