Private room, entrance, patio, bath and parking. Fully remodeled, with vaulted ceilings, super comfy Twin XL bed/ couch, lots of custom storage, ample mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Shared use of the kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry. All utilities included with fast wi-fi. A significant monthly rent discount available for the right person open to dog-sitting when the owner travels. Rent paid weekly one month in advance. Must be employed, very clean, drug-free, and a non-smoker. No overnight guests unless approved. Small, non-shedding, well-mannered dog is welcome. You will be sharing the main home with a laid-back friendly early retiree who loves travel, DIY projects, cooking, plants, and a friendly lazy 12-year-old bulldog. This is an open family friendly household that values clear communication and mutual respect.
